Constantine provided stormwater design for a 2 million-gallon-per-day (mgd) water treatment plant for the City of Perry, Georgia.  The stormwater design included surface collection and stormwater management and treatment features for an approximately 17.75-acre site.  Pre- and post-development hydraulic modeling was performed to size the 0.75-acre stormwater detention pond per local and state regulations.  Hydraulic modeling was performed to size 1,400-linear feet of RCP surface collection piping and 15 inlets per Local and State regulations.  A hydrodynamic separator was included in the design as a Best Management Practice (BMP) for permanent water quality treatment.
