Mr. Rasmussen is an environmental engineer specializing in water and wastewater treatment plant design, large pump station design, plant hydraulics, groundwater remediation hydraulics, construction services, resident project representative services, and permitting. He has certifications as both a Professional Engineer and a Qualified Environmental Professional with the Institute of Professional Environmental Practice. Mr. Rasmussen is a Senior Project Manager in our St. Augustine, Florida office, managing and supporting projects in the north and central Florida region.

Mr. Rasmussen has a broad range of experience in the planning, design, construction, and operation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, using both traditional and cutting edge technologies. Throughout his career he has also managed numerous pump station as well as water storage and distribution projects. A leader in the field, Mr. Rasmussen has authored papers in national and international journals.
