Mr. Lamos is an Engineering Associate with Constantine Engineering, with experience in a diverse range of projects including public works construction and water and wastewater treatment design projects. He began working with Constantine as an Office Manager while working to complete his Civil Engineering degree at University of North Florida. Proving himself a reliable asset, he has worked his way into the role of project manager for many of the St. Augustine area Constantine Constructors projects. Mr. Lamos has overseen the delivery of over $1.5 million in construction projects.
Mr. Lamos has served as assistant project manager and engineering design support, managing construction projects under Constantine’s ongoing contract with St. Johns County, as well as other local municipalities, for over 4 years. Projects worth over $1.5M have been delivered under his assistance and supervision. Additionally, Mr. Lamos has assisted development of an R&R software that would prioritize drainage assets based on certain criteria which would help the County transition from reactive to proactive management. Scored assets by size, customer complaints, drainage asset location and drainage basins. Program development included probable construction estimate cost of all different sizes and types of culverts.
