Key Qualifications:

Mr. Cochran is a certified engineer intern in the state of Tennessee. As an Engineering Associate working for Constantine out of the Lawrenceville, Georgia office, his duties include planning, design and construction management on engineering projects throughout north Georgia. He also provides workload support to other Constantine office locations.

Relevant Project Experience:

Having graduated with outstanding academic credentials, Mr. Cochran has gained experience in a diverse range of water and wastewater engineering projects. His past experience has also included utility operations as well as project management in both wastewater systems and potable water projects. In addition, Mr. Cochran was an engineering officer with the US Army Corps of Engineers, leading a 40-member platoon on various engineering projects to include general construction, bridge construction, land mine placement and removal, explosives, and other combat related engineering in support of the regiment’s mission.
