Key Qualifications:

A licensed Professional Engineer with over 17 years of civil engineering study, design, permitting and construction-related experience, Mr. Hendrix has served as a project engineer and resident project representative for a broad range of civil and environmental projects. Civil project experience includes site planning, stormwater modeling analysis, design, permitting and construction coordination for various residential and commercial developments. Environmental project experience includes planning, hydraulic modeling, design, permitting and construction services for various water supply, treatment and distribution, wastewater collection, treatment and disposal, and reuse facilities. He has extensive permitting experience involving coordination with state and local regulatory agencies as well as with FDEP, FDOT, SJRWMD, SWFWMD, etc.

Relevant Project Experience:

Mr. Hendrix has extensive project management experience in the areas of wastewater treatment and conveyance, as well as potable water treatment, drainage, and reuse and irrigation. He has managed projects from preliminary design through construction and implementation for treatment plants ranging from 1 MGD to 7 MGD. He also has a broad range of water treatment experience, including design and master planning.
