Key Qualifications:

Mr. Beckman is a Vice-President and Senior Project Manager with over 22 years of experience in the fields of water and wastewater systems engineering. His diverse experience has included program and project management on a variety of municipal environmental projects, including planning, design, permit applications, bidding, and construction management.

Relevant Project Experience:

Mr. Beckman has extensive experience in a broad range of water and wastewater treatment systems, ranging in size from 1 to 118 million gallons per day. He has served as program manager for treatment plant projects from design to construction and operation, and has experience with alternative delivery methods, such as Design-Build. He has also served as project manager for numerous wastewater collection, water distribution, and stormwater management projects. Mr. Beckman has served a Program Manager for large water and wastewater projects, managing multiple firms from the design phase to construction management. Mr. Beckman has authored and presented papers at several national and regional conferences.
