Mr. Dye is a Senior Project Manager with over 50-years of experience designing wastewater and water systems. He has responsibility for design and preparation of plans; specifications, contract documents and feasibility reports for wastewater and water projects, as well as the coordination of construction inspection and related activities.

Areas of Expertise:

Mr. Dye has constructed wastewater treatment plants ranging in size from 1.5 to 230 million gallons per day (MGD). He has served as consultant for municipal and industrial water systems, providing design supervision for upgrades and modifications for a 50 MGD water treatment plant. While working with a municipality, he was responsible for the expansion of a wastewater treatment plant to 230 MGD. Mr. Dye's extensive design experience includes the preparation of design reports, specifications, and construction administration numerous water and wastewater projects. Mr. Dye was chief engineer and designer for the Broad Creek Public Service District's Water and Solids Reclamation Facility at Hilton Head Island, which was awarded the 1995 Excellence in Engineering Award for environmental projects in South Carolina.
