EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Vaith is the Executive Vice President for the Constantine Group and has served in numerous management roles for large global engineering consulting firms. Mr. Vaith has also served as project manager or principal in charge for numerous water, wastewater, and conveyance system projects and programs, including those that are delivered using the design-build method. Over his career, Mr. Vaith has overseen more than $500 million in water and wastewater design and construction projects.
Over the last 25 years, Mr. Vaith's career has developed from a process engineer to a project manager, to a project and client manager with overall regional management responsibilities including direct responsibility of over $100 million as a regional manager of a large global consulting firm. Following this role, Mr. Vaith was responsible for strategy development, marketing and sales for the Eastern US and Latin America for the same large global consulting firm.
Mr. Vaith has also been the volunteer President of the Florida Water Environment Association (FWEA, the WEF MA in Florida) three times over the last 10 years and currently serves as the Executive Director of FWEA in a volunteer capacity. As such, this role allows Mr. Vaith to keep abreast of water policy and regulations, and research and development in the wastewater market. In his role, Mr. Vaith participates in the development and delivery of the latest technical developments to the FWEA members who are professionals in the wastewater industry. Mr. Vaith has authored or co-authored numerous peer reviewed publications and presented at several national and regional conferences. Mr. Vaith has also co-authored an AWWARF book on activated carbon.
