James Smith is a Senior Project Manager with over 18 years of experience in design and construction of water & wastewater treatment facilities, wastewater collection and pump stations, water distribution systems, potable water wells, elevated water storage tanks, reclaim water distribution mains, civil site design, storm drainage and sub-division development. James has managed design and construction projects that include all aspects of municipal water and sewer treatment, wastewater collection and water distribution systems.

Throughout his career, James has specialized in water and wastewater process, collection, conveyance and distribution projects. James has extensive experience in the planning, design, construction and operation of water and wastewater treatment facilities. His in-depth experience consists of cutting edge design projects involving advance water and wastewater process design, including ultraviolet disinfection systems, L.E.E.D certified buildings, and membrane filtration.
