PRESIDENT, SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER
As President of Constantine Engineering, Inc., Mr. Kizer is responsible for the overall operations of the company, providing both technical and management support to our staff and clients. Throughout his career, Mr. Kizer has specialized in water and wastewater treatment processes and possesses extensive experience in the planning, design, construction and operation of water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Mr. Kizer has extensive experience with numerous environmental programs and evaluation of water/wastewater treatment processes to optimize performance and reduce operating costs. He is experienced in performing comprehensive long-range plans and value engineering analyses. He has managed design and construction projects with budgets ranging from $10,000 to over $65,000,000. He has performed process evaluations and recommended alternatives for optimizing performance at more than 40 wastewater treatment facilities in the United States.
Mr. Kizer has served as the program manager for numerous water and wastewater treatment plant projects, from design to construction and operation. In this role, he managed multiple engineering consultants and contractors, using traditional and alternative delivery methods, such as the design-build (D-B) delivery method. Mr. Kizer has authored and presented papers at several national and regional conferences.
