Mr. Downey is the Senior Vice-President of Constantine Engineering and a Senior Process Engineer. Mr. Downey has more than 30 years of direct design and construction experience on projects ranging from water and wastewater utility systems, commercial buildings, land development and industrial process design.
Mr. Downey's professional expertise is designing, permitting, constructing and operating water and wastewater utility systems, including pumping stations, water treatment plants, water mains, storage tanks, gravity collection sewers, wastewater biological processes, nutrient removal, and solids management.
Mr. Downey has more than 25 years of direct design and installation experience with commercial buildings, land development, utility systems and industrial process design. He also possesses extensive experience in all phases of commercial design and construction, water and wastewater system design and water treatment processes, land development planning, construction and operation of water supply and distribution systems and wastewater collection systems, and natural gas distribution design. Mr. Downey has authored and presented papers at several national and regional conferences.
