Ms. Henderson is a Project Manager with Constantine Engineering with a broad range of experience in environmental engineering projects. She has extensive knowledge of all phases of water and wastewater engineering, including design, study, rehabilitation, and implementation. She has also focused on watershed management, including design and implementation at the planning and restoration levels.
Ms. Henderson has over 25 years of experience in the fields of environmental engineering and watershed management. Her diverse experience includes designing water and wastewater treatment facilities; designing booster pump stations and lift stations, designing water tanks, conducting pilot plant operation, managing a regional non-profit watershed organization; designing, coordinating and implementing green infrastructure; managing the compilation of watershed management plans and developing dozens of Source Water Assessment plans.
Ms. Henderson is a founding member of 100 Women Strong, a group of Auburn University engineering graduates dedicated to recruiting, mentoring, and retaining female engineering students. She is also the facilitator for the Alabama River Clean Water Partnership, a non-profit dedicated to improving water quality in the Alabama River.
