Constantine provided engineering design and construction management services for Okaloosa County Water and Sewer Department's (OCWS) 6.0 MGD (peak flow) Main Island Master Pump Station. This quadraplex wastewater pump station pumps wastewater collected on Okaloosa Island to the Garniers Re- Pumping Station with four (4) pumps of 175 HP each.

Constantine Engineering was tasked to provide professional engineering and technical services and prepare contract documents for construction of the recommended alternatives, bid phase, services during construction, and resident observation services for the construction of the project and including the following services:

Hydraulic and Surge Analysis

FDEP Permitting

The project included the hydraulic and surge analysis of 19,750 linear feet of existing 16" ductile iron and 18" HDPE force main. The design and construction including approximately 1000 linear feet of new 16" ductile iron force main.
