The damage to St. Johns County following Hurricane Matthew for the publicly owned facilities is estimated to be in excess of $200 Million. In support of St. Johns County’s ongoing recovery efforts following the storm, Constantine is providing Disaster Recovery Engineering Related Services including design and construction:
Design services include planning, procuring (2 CFR 200 compliant) and preparing necessary engineering plans, surveys, photogrammetric and GIS, environmental studies, and geotechnical investigations. This also includes preparing conceptual repair estimates that may assist with FEMA funding obligations. The scope of work for repairs or replacement includes the shoreline, fire stations, public safety facilities, parks and recreation facilities, various buildings and equipment, roads and bridges, utilities, water control structures and sewage treatment plants.
Construction services include assisting with construction bid package conformance with 2 CFR 200 federal requirements, supervising bid advertising, tabulation and awarding; preparing advertisements for bid solicitations, conducting bid opening, and issuing notice to proceed.
