The Constantine Group is a full-service engineering, management, and construction services firm made up of dedicated professionals that provide engineering and technology solutions to utility, municipal, industrial, federal, state, and commercial clients throughout the Southeast, focusing on water, wastewater, and related services. Today our clients face common issues that include greater accountability to the public, stricter regulations, staffing challenges, exposure to new technologies, and shrinking budgets. The staff at Constantine draws on their diverse backgrounds as engineers, technology professionals, designers, regulators, operators, and constructors to develop innovative approaches to address our clients' needs.
Much of our success stems from our personal commitment, passion, and incentive to attain a vital goal: to take personal ownership in our clients' challenges. This personal commitment drives us to cultivate open and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and key teaming partners, essentially becoming a seamless extension of their organization.
The Constantine Group was founded in 2002 to fill a gap in the municipal utility market - providing superior technical expertise while working in partnership with our clients to focus on their individual needs. The 2009 acquisition of the like-minded firm, ADL Engineering (founded in 1993), allows Constantine to provide a broad range of engineering services for clients throughout the Southeast, including Potable Water Engineering, Wastewater Engineering, Utility Master Planning, Capital Improvement Program Management, Subsurface Utility Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Site-Civil Engineering, Modeling and Software Solutions, GIS Mapping, Natural Gas Utility Work, Public Works, Industrial Process Design, and Emergency Response Work.
Growing quickly, Constantine expanded to include Construction and Management Services. To maintain our spirit of partnership, Constantine has established offices convenient to our clients throughout the Southeast in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.
Constantine Engineering professionals focus on our clients' needs, wants, and goals before, during, and after each project. We highly value building a partnership around meaningful and continuous client input from the general manager to the plant operator. Using this approach, Constantine Engineering develops optimal solutions to issues facing our client's systems, without losing sight of cost, reliability, and schedule.
We leverage our extensive expertise to work in partnership with each unique client to solve utility challenges while enhancing the value of their assets through the integration of life cycle planning, sustainable solutions, sound innovation, risk management, and operations efficiencies.
Our unique combination of personal commitment and industry knowledge has allowed us to provide the responsive service and quality work products that our clients expect from their partner.
