Lawrenceville, GA—Constantine is excited to announce that Thomas Brymer presented a water filtering project to the faculty, students, and parents of Creekland Middle School (CMS) for their annual STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Night. This was the 2nd annual STEM Night hosted by CMS, where they showcase all of the students' science fair projects for the year, along with interactive, hands-on STEM demonstrations and activities.
Brymer's daughter, Jocelyn, is a 6th grader at CMS and is always excited to engage in these events; Brymer was thrilled to be able to volunteer as a presenter for those attending this night of learning and discovery! He prepared a water filtration project to demonstrate how these practices apply to the real world, from the initial phase (dirty water ready to be treated) to the final product (clean, filtered water). Brymer also included handouts of the attached materials and procedural directions so the students could try the project at home.
We are happy to say that the demonstration was an overall success and look forward to future events like these, so we can share our knowledge and love for what we do with young, eager minds!
